Our pledge to you At SEIA (A program of Alliant Insurance Services, Inc.), one of our top priorities is making sure that the information we have about you is protected and secure. We value our relationship with you and work hard to preserve your privacy and ensure that your preferences are honored. At the same time, the very nature of our relationship may result in us collecting or sharing certain types of information about you. Information we collect We collect information from the applications, surveys, registration forms etc. that you give to us to make sure the data you provide is accurate and up-to-date. This may include information about you from employers, banks, insurers, or government agencies.


How we share information We share information with our affiliates (members of our corporate family) or companies outside our corporate family that perform services on our behalf. We share information to process transactions, respond to your inquiries, or provide information about the products or services that we offer. We share data provided by customers and verifying data.

We do not share information about you with non-affiliates (companies outside our organization) for them to contact you for their own marketing purposes.

Former Customers We share information about our former customers with members of our corporate family or companies outside our corporate family that perform services on our behalf. We share data provided by customers and verifying data.

We do not share information about our former customers with companies outside our organization for them to contact you for their own marketing purposes.

Lifespan of information We maintain information about you for as long as we provide services to you and for a longer time if necessary for related business activities. When information is no longer necessary for our business purposes, we will destroy the information unless there is an outstanding request or order to inspect the information.

Changes to this privacy policy We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time. If we make a significant change, we will note on the main page of our website that this privacy policy has been updated. In most cases, we will attempt to notify you 30 days before the effective date of the change.
